Our embossing machines support 0.1-1.2mm infinitely adjustable embossing depth, with a high-precision microcomputer temperature control system. Temperature ranges from 0℃ to 650℃ with ±3℃ accuracy, adapting to different melting points of solid wood, MDF, plywood, veneer, WPC and PVC materials for clear, consistent texture imprinting.

The machine adopts stress-relieved steel wall plate frame for long-term working accuracy. Pattern rollers are made of high-quality 45# steel or alloy cast iron, laser engraved, high-frequency quenched to HRC58-62 hardness, with chrome-plated surface for superior wear resistance, matched with self-aligning roller bearings for smooth, low-noise operation.

Equipped with a variable frequency inverter motor, the embossing speed is adjustable from 1 to 15 m/min, compatible with both manual button and foot switch automatic operation. It features an automatic counting function, and can be seamlessly connected with sanding machines, gesso machines and other equipment to form a continuous production line.

All parameters are fully customizable, including working width, global voltage adaptation (110V-480V), heating power, custom roller patterns, and automation level. Material Type & Parameter Matching

Your target material type is the core factor for parameter configuration. Elasn wood embossing machines are compatible with solid wood, MDF, plywood, veneer, WPC, and PVC materials. For thin veneer or decorative paper (≤5mm), set a lower embossing depth (0.1-0.5mm) and moderate temperature (150-250℃) to avoid material breakage. For thick solid wood or MDF (≥10mm), increase the embossing depth (0.8-1.2mm) and temperature (300-450℃) to ensure clear texture penetration, while adjusting the embossing speed to 3-8m/min for stable heating and curing. All machines support infinitely adjustable embossing depth, temperature, and speed to match different material properties.

Automation & Production Line Integration
