Description of Cyclone Dust Collector

The ELASN Cyclone Dust Collector i.e. cartridge dust collector integrates cyclone pre-separation and membrane filter cartridge fine filtration in a single box. Coarse wood chips are quickly thrown off in the centrifugal section, and fine dust enters the filter cartridge area with the airflow, is intercepted by the PTFE membrane, and is discharged cleanly.

A single unit can meet the collection of all particle sizes from coarse to fine, without the need for a post-mounted bag filter. The compact design occupies an area of no more than 1 m², with noise ≤ 75 dB. It can be directly placed next to the sanding machine or CNC machining center, and is plug-and-play.

The equipment is manufactured in accordance with ATEX Zone 22 explosion-proof standards, and is equipped with a 0.05 MPa rupture disc, flame-retardant filter cartridges, and explosion-proof slide valves as standard. The outlet concentration is stable at ≤ 3 mg/m³, easily passing the EU CE and US NFPA 664 tests.

The 5.5 kW IE3 high-efficiency fan is linked with a 0.6 MPa pulse cleaning system, maintaining a constant pressure difference of 1.2 – 1.7 kPa. The filter cartridge life is ≥ 8,000 hours, and maintenance only requires replacing the filter material and emptying the ash collection bucket, helping woodworking production lines achieve low consumption, continuous, and unattended operation.
