All ELASN sawdust glue mixer machines follow the core closed-loop working logic to ensure stable and high-quality mixing results: Precise Raw Material & Glue Metering → Targeted Feeding → High-Shear Uniform Glue Spraying & Mixing → Qualified Material Quantitative Discharging. As the only core link that controls the glue-raw material ratio in the entire compressed wood production line, the mixing uniformity and ratio accuracy of this link directly determine the bonding strength, load-bearing performance and service life of the final sawdust pallets and wood blocks.

This ring-type continuous glue mixer is mainly composed of a mixing tube, adjustable-speed stirring shaft, integrated glue supply system, continuous feed inlet, discharge port, and cooling system. It is designed for non-stop continuous production matching.

After metering, the dried wood shavings and sawdust raw materials continuously enter the mixing cylinder from the feed inlet. Driven by the feeding shovel, the raw materials accelerate along the circumferential direction to form a uniform material ring, and are smoothly transported to the sizing area.

At the same time, the glue is injected into the mixing chamber along the tangential direction, and fully stirred and mixed with the raw materials by the high-speed stirring claws. Due to the radial speed difference of the raw materials, sufficient friction is generated between the wood fibers, achieving 360° uniform sizing effect, and the mixed materials are continuously output to the next hot press process.

This metering electric glue mixer is equipped with a high-precision weighbridge-style electronic scale system, full-auto conveyor feeding, centrifugal pump glue spraying, and screw conveyor discharging, designed for large-batch industrial production with strict precision requirements.

The working cycle starts with closed-loop weight metering: the dried wood chips, sawdust and shavings are automatically transported to the mixing tank by the conveyor, and the electronic scale system accurately weighs the raw materials according to the set parameters. At the same time, the centrifugal pump system delivers the corresponding proportion of glue synchronously.

After the metering of raw materials and glue is completed, the high-power stirring system starts, and fully mixes the materials for 7-8 minutes to ensure that every wood fiber is evenly coated with glue. After the mixing is completed, the screw conveyor automatically discharges the qualified materials quantitatively, completing a full production cycle.
